FINANCIAL CUTS Updated 2 Nov., 2019

New Chancellor
Philip Hammond
Update 2 Nov., 2019 - PM May resigned in June 2019 and Boris Johnson was chosen by his Tory Party, not the Public - Philip Hammond resigned and Sajid Javid is now the new Chancellor since July.

Johnson tried to get his Brexit deal approve by Parliament but couldn't because he put an Irish Border at the Irish Sea which is unacceptable. He then  announced a General Election on 12 December, 2019. Brexit was postponed till 31 January, 2020.

There was no new Budget due at the end of September, 2019 and no report of Economic data. The quarterly report before showed a Deficit and it is assumed that the Economy has not improved. Therefore, the reason for not publishing the Economy Report, most probably, was the coming GE.

UPDATED   24 Nov., 2016  --
Yesterday's new Chancellor Philip Hammond's budget was beyond belief. Osborne must have been in it Cut Corporation Tax to 17 pc; only freezing petrol tax not reducing since the crude oil is half the price; no big deal to increase living wages from £7.30 to £7.50; no increase in NHS, Welfare, Disability funding or cancel the Bedroom Tax or cancelling the £12bn Welfare Cuts or Austerity.

NO INCREASE WHERE THE BUDGET SHOULD HAVE!!! It would have given people a right to live and they could spend which would have increased manufacturing = economic.

Announcing at the same time there will be no Budget in Spring.

UPDATED
£12billion Welfare Cuts off the back of the poor and vulnerable but money for bombing Syria. Each mission costs £500million.

SUGGESTING TO SAVE MONEY
Start with the Parliament which is bloated beyond belief. There are 650 MPs and 820 in the House of Lords. According to the statistics only China has a bigger number in their government.

China has a population of 1.360 trillion
UK has a population of 64 million

The reason for the rise of Members of Parliament (MPs) is that the Tory Government keeps splitting the Tory’s constituency to get another candidate into Parliament and with that another vote aiming for a guaranteed majority

Each MP costs at least £70,000 a year plus high expenses = £45,500,000 salaries alone plus expenses from 650 MPs

78 per cent of the MPs are millionaires

It costs the taxpayers £4million a year just for drinks

The Ladies and Lords receive £300 per day if they attend the House of Lords plus expenses. They do not have to do anything or contribute on discussions.

A small number of Lords do not attend the House of Lords at all.

Let us say out of the 820 Ladies and Lords about 750 do attend and £300 per day. = £225,000 plus expenses.  The Parliament only sits 150 days a year, thank goodness, and the total minimum sum is £33,750,000 per year plus expenses.

These are only the salaries and expenses are unknown. The catering was stated with £4million; then the upkeep of wardrobes and building which is not known.

The House of Lords are so arrogant that they refused to share the catering with the House of Common to save.  Chancellor George Osborne forces all the cuts onto the general public yet he does not force them to use the same catering. There could be at least a million of two pounds to be saved.

In view of the above mentioned figures of population and government it should be cut in half and the House of Lords down to 300. Now this would bring hundreds of million pound into the Treasury and it would not even hit the poor. The MPs are all millionaires or even billionaires and each of them have a great number of other jobs. No starvation there and the debts would come down.

For all these high expenses paid by the taxpayers all we get is cut the Welfare, cut the pensioners, cut the councils’ service. Now the Chancellor is jubilant to have an agreement of 30 percent cuts of transport, council service and environment (Parks etc). Again all impacts on the public.

It is time for Mr Cameron to honour his pledge and bring the Tax dodgers to pay their proper amount. They rather pay a group of accountants to find all the loopholes instead to pay taxes.

It would also be more beneficial than cutting the Welfare if Mr Osborne increases the corporation taxes.

More savings could be made at the Department of Defence with cancelling the updating of the Trident = £167billion.

The nuclear Trident can never be used and therefore it is the biggest waste of money

Another ‘White Elephant’ is the luxurious HS2 train, which so far, cost £70billion and keeps rising rapidly. The ticket would be so expensive therefore only rich people can used it and then they write it off on taxes which would be taxpayers footing the bill.

There is also another chance to bring spending down if the Government would cut Foreign Aid. Most of the countries are goes to it ends up in the pocket of the government. The poor for whom it is intended never see it. This goes on since the 1950s and if it would have reached the poor they would live, by now in luxury.

EU’s membership cost £19billion a year then there is the fund for bail-out, even the fund for countries which are too poor to pay the entry fee and all to be added on top of it. All the UK gets out of it is restriction in fishing rights, red tape for business and interference in the UK Law.

For goodness sake get some sense.

STEEL CRISIS CAMERON HIDES BEHIND EU Updated 7 April, 2016

The UK requested from the EU an emergency meeting with the European economic ministers to discuss the crises in the steel industry. This should have been done weeks ago but at the height of the crisis PM David Cameron was busy entertaining the Chinese resident. What kind of Prime Minister is he?

The request is for a tougher action on cheap import from China which later on turned out to be a pretence because the same PM refused to vote for the EU's higher Import Tariff on Chinese Steel.

A demonstration is planned in Brussels by the workers. There was a job loss of 4,000 in October.

The US, Germany, Italy and other countries have already put in laws to prevent cheap steel from Chinese flooding their markets. Why can PM David Cameron not do the same? Instead he signed a contract with China for two nuclear Power Stations to be build which nobody wants after the recent disasters. They most probably will be building with Chinese steel.

Gareth Stace, director of the industry body UK steel, said: “The UK must seize the moment and encourage a rapid response from Brussels if we’re to prevent large scale problems for steel makers spread in Britain and across the continent.”

Axel Eggert, director general of the European steel trade body EUROFUR, called for a level playing field. He said: “We do not want to block imports, but we would like to see fair trade, and if fair trade is not provided by our partners, than EU needs to act and it needs to act immediately.  We hope this will not be one of the outcome, today.”

Unite union agreed and Unite officer Harish Patel said: “Hiding behind the EU as an excuse to do nothing will not wash with tens of thousands of workers whose livelihood depend on steelmaking in the UK. Nothing should be off the table, including a refusal to grant Chinese market economical status while it fails to abide by EU rules on fair trade. Business Secretary Sajid Javid also needs to use the opportunity to learn from his country-partners in countries such as Germany and Italy and follow their lead in developing an industrial strategy with steel at its hearts.”

CAMERON AND BLAIR POLITICAL NON-STARTERS

According to a report in the Daily Mirror PM David Cameron was not the only one who done the initiation ceremony at the Oxford Piers Gaveston Society.

Amongst of many well known people was also ex-PM John Major. According to Edwina Currie he put his honourable member into a different part of the poor pig.

An even more shocking revelation came from Cameron’s Oxford weed-smoking friend James Delingpole. He stated that the Prime Minister has not got a political bone in his body born into high society.

This statement was confirmed in a biography written by fellow Old Etonian James Hanning and Francis Elliott. They wrote that even though he was at Oxford at the time of Thatcherism, Cameron was not interested in politics but in networking and mounting high-class fillies.

Cameron found a brochure from the careers department and applied to the Conservative Research Department.  Previously he applied to all the blue-chip merchant bankers and management consultants but failed. Weren't they lucky.

He did not get his chance in politics because of a passion for it but the Tory Central Office received an anonymous phone call from Buckingham Palace. The call came before Cameron’s interview and it advised them to take him on. That was the unfortunate start for this country and its people.

Even Robin Harris, who gave him the job regretted it and said: “Cameron was in the category of people who came into the party at the time because they saw it as a way of advancing their careers. He is an out-and-out opportunist. I didn’t believe he believes anything.”

David Cameron’s track record speaks for itself which is devastating to the people and country.

The same goes for Tony Blair who was another privilege kid.  His father was chairman of the local Conservatives and who was a boarder at the Eton of the North. He once stood in a mock election as a Tory.  Blair had no interest in politics while he was at the University.

His real ambition was to be a pop star and was in a band Ugly Rumours. When he met Cherie the daughter of firebrand leftie Tony Booth it all changed.

Both men are exposed for charming the public and party leaders but without real conviction.  People are now drawn to Jeremy Corbyn and Nicola Sturgeon because they have a sincere belief and care for the people.

After one of the biggest election results ever seen. Tony Blair started out all right. He put the UK back on its feet again after Tories brought it to a standstill. His downfall was he listened to Bush and joined two illegal wars.

Tony Blair should have been pulled in for war crimes long ago. To start two illegal wars which cost thousands of lives on both sides is criminal. The money he made during this time should be confiscated. Even amongst his rich friends he is known as the “human cash machine” which tells you everything.

This Tory Government paid £20million to the people of Iraq which is right but it should have been paid by Tony Blair not by the very hard-up taxpayers. He also receives £450,000 pension for being an prime minister. His wealth is estimated to £100million and even his friends say he has more than that.

IAN DUNCAN SMITH HEAD OF DWP LOST £3BN in 2014

No question asked or for sure no demand for refunding - £3bn -

IAN DUNCAN SMITH, HEAD OF DWP
AT THE ANNOUNCEMENT  OF £12BN WELFARE CUT
HE WAS ACTUALLY HOPPING ABOUT WITH JOY
HOPEFULLY IT WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT HIM
It is widely known that once you are in Prime Minister David Cameron‘s good book the page will never be ripped out. It is not in his favour because a Prime Minister can not afford bad apples.

Ian Duncan Smith, head of the Department of Work and Pension, is losing £3billion a year due to fraud and error.

Apart from his ‘great idea’ of reforming the Welfare System to save money which should have been fully operational April two years ago; Ian Duncan Smith is costing the taxpayers a fortune and lives.
£500million of equipment for a new computer system which does the Universal Credit automatically

£1,5million a year of extra staff to cope with the extra work.

£44million bonus paid in 2013/14 for created a mess. The figure for 2014/15 had not been revealed yet.

£3billion for loss to fraud and error last year

Most of all and the worst of it all is the 2,400 people committed suicide or starved to death because Ian Duncan Smith cut off their welfare payments and they were left with no money at all.

Neither Ian Duncan Smith nor Prime Minister David Cameron showed any remorse at all about the revelation.

On the contrary, David Cameron supports the £12billion cut of Welfare and Ian Duncan Smith went ballistic with joy when Chancellor George Osborne announced it.

£12billion Welfare cut on top of an already starving public is so heartless and will bring the million families further down into poverty.  How IDS could have hopped about with joy?

Food banks multiplying already by the week and now there are vouchers given out to be used to heat their homes.  Last winter, which was mild in comparison, 40,000 people died of hypothermia. People had to choose for the last five years between buying food or heating their home in a 6th richest country and 21 Century.

But apparently Prime Minister David Cameron, Chancellor George Osborne and Ian Duncan Smith know no shame at all and add further £12billion Welfare cuts to it.  The majority of MPs approved of it, who should also be ashamed of themselves, but the Lords stopped it. Great credit to them.

During the same time the millionaire and billionaires doubled and trebled.  The gap between rich and poor is so wide by now it is coming back to Victorian Times
