PM CAMERON CUTS DISABLED BENEFITS WATCHING PARALYMPICS

Referring back to the plan of cutting disability benefits which is already quietly in action brings it even more into focus during the Paralympics. Disabled people, even if they don’t compete in the Paralympics, deserve nothing but admirations. How they are cope in the very ordinary life to get through the day being handicapped in one way or another. Therefore, they should get best benefits which is available and it must available because money is not cut but increased for Foreign aids, sending army into another civil war which has nothing to do with the UK, bail-outs every year on top of EU contributions and wrong expenses paid to MPs and ex-Prime Ministers.  The worst and it is the highest, is the £500,000 paid for expenses to Margaret Thatcher. She doesn’t attend any meeting because she got dementia.  How dare the government be so callous with the taxpayers’ money and at the same time cut benefits to disabled people and pensioners?

THAT IS WHERE AUSTERITY SHOULD START AT CUTTING FOREIGN AID, BAIL-OUTS, EX-PM PENSIONS AND EXPENSES.

Now I am coming to my main point. The Paralympic with the Opening Ceremony was even better than the Olympics. It was heartbreaking to see these athletes with their various disabilities and yet they looked so eager and smiling all the way. Already what they achieved in the Opening Ceremony was fantastic leave alone the following competitions in various sports aiming for gold, silver or bronze.

It went to every one heart how great these athletes are to overcome such tremendous difficulties.

Yet, how can David Cameron sit there plus other government official and watch these people knowing very well what they done to them? It is beyond any understanding. David Cameron and his friends live in greatest luxuries from a start. Never have any money problems or worries but making out they know what it is like furthermore trying to convince the public. How can David Cameron be so unscrupulous and even state: “The Olympics made us proud but this will make us even prouder?” It is certainly beyond any ordinary people’s understanding and unforgivable.

BLAIR COSTS STILL £435,000 A YEAR -- Update 10 March, 2015

UPDATE: 10 March, 2015 --  by now Tony Blair is getting so bad in grabbing money that he is called the "human cashmachine".  It must be so outstanding than all the others are not that backward either with cashing in huge sums of money. According to the report his wife had not be living with him for many years and cashing in wherever she can amounting a fortune of her own. None them would spend some money on the starving. They forget where they come from. 

UPDATE:  9 April 2014 -- FT assumes that Tony Blair is now  worth £100million. Friends of his stated that it is underestimated. He will be in the next Rich List.  Does he have to grab the £435,000 on top of it? A lot of starving families could be helped with that money and he would not even miss it.  Besides he was sacked. Any worker who gets the sack does not get a penny. Why does he still get £435,000 as an ex-Prime Minister?

Now that is where AUSTERITY should begin. Tony Blair has an estimated and I point out estimated fortune accumulated of £30million.

It was incredible news and the taxpayers’ groups were furious and only rightly so. Treasury documents prove that he is still earning a salary of £70,000 called pension a year. In addition he has a £115,000 allowance for his so-called “public Duties”.  Makes you wonder what they must be. On account of post he cost the country at least a £200,000 for security a year.

This is an astonishing news that ex-prime minister travelling all over the world on taxpayers’ money are still receiving a pension of £70,000. From a start, Tony Blair is only now 59 years old and is already getting a pension while the government trying their hardest to get everybody keep on working almost till 70 even if there any jobs about for young people but this is beside the point in this article. The point to make is that Tony Blair gets a pension at 59 and not just a few thousand but £70,000 plus a personal allowance of £115,000. It is all these mismanagement being pointed out in various articles where austerity should be made.

Apparently, under the Parliamentary and Other Pensions Act 1972 former premiers are entitled to a pension based on one half of salary. Well, again Parliament is looking after its own.

Furthermore, it was revealed that according to the Tony Blair’s’ last salary which was £128,000 he would receive a pension of £64,000 but now comes the best bit. The amount was increased to £70,000 to account for inflation over the past five years. Now we look even closer to this appalling pay-out. He received his “Pension” since 2007 when he was only 54 years old. He receives an INCREASE because of the inflation while the taxpayers have their minimum wages reduced and have to work over 65 to receive any pension at all. If that is not a scandal which screams to high heaven, nothing is.  Not to mention again the he has accumulated at £30million while in office.

Pay respect where respect is due. Mr Brown refused his traditional ex-PM’s perk because in his opinion was too generous.

Of course, none of the Prime Minster ever in office will abolish it because they would lose out. It’s all right if the money is there but at the moment Britain is in great trouble and has a mountain of debt.

Thank you Mr Blair for starting two illegal wars which never benefited anyone but cost the country an enormous amount of money and most of all lives. Also Dr Kelly, one of England top weapon expert died under still not disclosed circumstances just before the Iraq started.  The country is still in turmoil and people get killed. Yet for all that Mr Blair receives a “Pension” from the age of 54 being a millionaire himself. Politics really moves in mysterious ways. Plus a job of a Middle East Peace Convey  which  is the biggest joke of them all and a high salary no doubt.

There is even another point to be mentioned. If Mr Blair receives this pension in accordance with the Parliamentary and Other Pensions Act of 1972 than all the other ex-PMs must be getting the same amount which adds up to over a billion of pound. This is terrible wrong especially at the time of great economical crises and they also speak of cutting the disability, benefits for pensioners,cut minimum wages and cutting jobs by the thousands. 

APPARENTLY THERE IS NO AUSTERITY WITH MPS OR EX-PMS. THIS REVELATION IS REALLY HARD TO BEAR AND TO STOMACH. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WANT TO CUT DISABILITY BENEFITS AND TAKE ALL THE BENEFITS AWAY FROM PENSIONERS WHICH HARDLY HAVE ENOUGH TO LIVE ON AS IT IS.

News was disclosed that the MPs spent £230,000 of taxpayer’s money (of course), last year on art in decorating their offices in Westminster. On painting costing £12,000 shows the former Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett. 

Margaret Thatcher, ex-PM, claims £500,000 expenses and yet she does not attend any meetings or functions because she has dementia. Isn't that a case of fraud if you claim for something you didn't use?  The government closes their eyes to all this and cuts the little benefits pensioners have such as fuel allowance, free bus passes and pension credit.

It looks like a Robin Hood in reverse. Take from the poorest and give it to the rich because they even had their tax reduced at the time when the British economy is in great trouble..

BANK OF ENGLAND IS REGULATING BANKS -- UPDATE 12 June, 2017

UPDATE; 12 June, 2017 -- So far there is no sign of it but it should be done to stop the bankers getting huge profits and fraud.

UPDATE: 10 March 2014 -- It looks doubtful re-regulation will happen under Mark Carney the new head of the Bank of England.  He seems to be very much on the side of the Tories. Although he should not be involving himself in politics and stay neutral.

It is regretful Mr King did not see it through before he retired. It needs to be done to stop the banks paying out 200 per cent bonuses. The major profit, according to newspapers' reports, comes from cancelling major loans and then re-issue them which is again a fiddle and costs the economy billions of pounds. For the Government to trumpet about to bring down the deficit is the biggest, sickest joke of them all.


UPDATE:  10 October 2013 -  Mr King had plans to return to regulate the banks again which stop a lot of fiddles and sky-high bonuses. However, Mr King has retired and the question is will the new head of the Bank of England honour Mr King's intention?

It seems that at long last some powerful officials are waking up to the mismanagement of banks for the last five years. It took them far too long and the damage it caused is far too costly. Ever since the de-regulation made by Margaret Thatcher; the banking system was going down and into a shamble. Before, the banks of England had the highest respect and were the envy of the world.

The non-stop scandals of sky high salaries, bonuses and dividends while the bank was showing a loss were incredible. Now as a final straw came the revelation of the Libor scandal.  Of course, the Barclays bank is not the only one and it is known that most of the major banks were involved. The question of why the Bank of England and the Financial Service Authority never seen it straight away will most properly never be answered.  The FSA did not take any notice of rumours about rigging. Wheatley review into Libor rigging should consider classifying manipulation as market abuse and making it a criminal offence.

A well known columnists stated months ago that these boys should not only be forced out and most properly with a billions of pound golden hand shake which certainly wouldn’t give the right message but they should be in prison and no golden hand shake. What they done is criminal.

Yet, when the Bank of England Governor Sir Mervyn King forced Mr Diamond out of Barclays bank he was heavily criticised by a powerful committee of MPs.  Mr King demanded to take on more powers and is again criticised by the Commons Treasury Committee stating it would be a return to the days where an “all-powerful” Governor could sack top bankers. Something has to be done and urgently and if a Governor goes power mad it is still better then the mess under which the bank operates today.  The mismanagement had certainly had a great bearing on Britain’s economic crises and banks and City are hoodwinking the public.

The Treasury Select Committee, chairman Andrew Tyrie stated: “Urgent improvements, both to the way the banks are run and the way they are regulated is needed if public and marketing confidence is to  be restored.”

Good regulation is needed and has to be build on clear-cut rules and transparency. Whether this will ever come about is hopeful but doubtful. There are too many greedy fingers in banks, city and government who all shared the spoil and they won’t let go that easily if at all.

It is still a secret club where with a number of nudges and winks over a cigar and brandy makes their power rule and the profit fall in their pocket. It had been whispered that banks withdraw credits from companies and set-it-up again and this would show as new business which means bonuses for the bankers. Whether it is true remains to be seen which will never be but it is plausible.

All these double-dealings contribute to high income for a few but brings the economy down which evidence showed over the last few years but didn’t seem to bother the ones responsible.

EU WASTES MONEY

We only hear or read now and then about these scandalous wastes of money while the rest of Europe suffers under cut-backs.  These are only few examples of a great list if cone right through the EU’s budget.

It had been stated in previous years that the EU’s budget is irrational, overly complex (most properly to hide several waste or money) and hopelessly out of date. This statement raises the question what are the MEPs really doing?  Even Ken Clarke said once that to get legislation through the European Parliament it takes years. They are more concerned with commas being in the right spot as to work on the new legislation and put it through. It took over ten years to bring a law against battery hens and then there were loopholes. Yet, when MPs are calling for pulling out of EU; the rest of the MPs are up in arms. The very contribution just from the UK is sky high and far too much.

Now these are just a few examples of the brainless ideas which cost taxpayer’s money.

411,000 Euros paid to a Hungarian IT company to improve the lifestyle and living standard of dogs. It includes a hydrotherapy system to improve dog’s well-being. The last we heard off was that that the centre was not built and the company was under an enquiry.

5.25million Euros paid to a limousine company to chauffeur MEPS around Strasbourg. The company ensured absolute discretion. Well that alone tells tales.

5million Euros bought MEPs in Luxembourg an exclusive restaurant with Scotland Highland dancing and wine-tasting (not from supermarkets) in a “culture club”.

16,000Euros was paid to Austria Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the reason give will set you screaming. It was for Tyrolean farmers’ “emotional connection with landscapes.”  Tyrolean farmers could be more connected with their homeland. These papers must have been signed after the wine-tasting.

900,000 Euros from the European Regional Development Fund was paid for a golf park and “wellness hotel” in Germany. It was surprising that at the hotel Angela Merkel was a guest. Furthermore, and that will set you screaming again. A most strange idea was to build a “virtual language pool” which is to inspire EU citizens to learn new languages using swimming.

6.4milllion Euros given to Andalucia to promote what EU funds have done for the region.

It is not only heartbreaking to read these crackpot ideas but it is also insulting how they use the taxpayers’ money.

It is definitely high time that a referendum is allowed to be taken. David Cameron and his cabinet are shying away every time it is mentioned and most properly they know that British people are not for being part of the EU at all because of taking over power by Brussels and especially if you read how their money wasted on worst ideas anyone could think up.

Admittedly it was a good idea to start with but with most of these ideal idea it gets into the politicians' hands and there is nothing but mismanagement like in the EU. This mismanagement exists from the start. There wine lakes, butter and flour mountains and milk lakes. The regulations they did put through were just as contradicting. For instance the regulation for the fishing industry. Once the fishermen have their quota they have to throw overboard tonnes of dead fish which is nothing but waste. The Court for Human Rights, another good idea, but it is always working to improve the prisoners already luxurious lifestyle or rewarding criminals instead of victims.

COALITION'S DOUBLE-DEALINGS -- Updated 6 June, 2015

UPDATED: 6 June,2015 -- Looking back at the diabolical record of Mr Gove one question remains:  Where did the money go? 

They still managed to end up with an added £500billion debts. Yet, they still blame the Labour party which had never created so much National debts in all their years, in government put together, as the Tories in five years. 

Nothing has change by re-electing the Tories. Even worse, they are now in full power not needing a coalition. They are now cutting the Welfare benefit by £12billion to balance the books. It is another con like Austerity

To start with the very fact of selling school playing fields is a disgrace. We just had watched the Olympics which shou muchld have been an encouragement to school sport because it is there were the athletes coming from. 

Furthermore, the Coalition again promised to increase school PE to two hours a week which is appreciated but not all that great. Again that promise was not fulfilled.

Now it emerged that the Coalition selling off school playing fields. It was revealed 31 school playing fields had been approved since 2010. It also came to light that at first the figure was quoted 21. The Coalition ministers had to admit at the end that they approved 10 more school playing fields when it was discovered.

 Ministers were also accused of double dealing because another promise which was given at the election “seeks to protect school playing field.”

The 31 school playing fields application for selling them off were submitted from May 2010 till July 22, 2012. Mr Gove, the Education Secretary overruled personally any independent advice not to approve the sale of the school pitches five times in the last 15 months. It proves the care, concern and stand-by their promise made by the Coalition.

DfE admits now that 2,000 academy schools can sell off fields without approval.

Shadow Education Secretary Stephen Twigg told Mr Grove he has to come clean about the “secret programme” to sell off playing fields. Mr Twigg pointed out that fields used by academy student should have the same protection as other schools.

It was further revealed that the Coalition changed their minds of demanding at least two hours PE a week in state school. To look at it in a realistic way even two hours is not a great deal and target to get children back into sport. They should have every afternoon one hour.

It amounts again to the same story “them and us” whereby surely no playing field will be sold belonging to top schools like Eton, Harrods, Cambridge University or Oxford Universities. The main reason for making this point is that the athletes do not come from these schools but from state schools. Therefore it should be a priority to improve and increase these facilities. As it is children can’t play on the streets any more and are too much in front of TV and computers.

So far the public had nothing but broken promises from the Coalition.

UK's MPs INSULTED WORKERS -- Updated: 6 June,2015

UPDATED: 6 June, 2015 -- The Tories had been re-elected despite their terrible track records and as a majority, only 12 seats. Now they have the full power and it most probably will be worse. Already plans for anti-strikes laws, selling the Royal Mail's properties, cutting Welfare by £12billion, Public servicing by £16billion, introducing fracking and the most probably sold off like British Petroleum to foreign bidders and so on.

It most probably be worse now since they have the full power and wore will come to the public. The Elite will increase by numbers and wealth.

Again MPs  pointed the fingers at unemployed people stating too many people prefer to stay in bed rather than get a job. On which planet are these MPs living?

The Tory-led Coalition for ever cutting work forces and there is a 2.5million unemployment. Admittedly there is always a certain number of unemployable but not all of the 2.5million.

Furthermore, to compare British workers with Asia is not very clever because it is a complete different way of life and working there.

The only good thing might come out of these offensive and inaccurate accusations are that the pressure might bring David Cameron away from playing computer games as it was revealed and make him kick-start the economy.

Apparently the root of all these talks lays with Lord Mayor of London Boris Johnson. He advised David Cameron to stop “pussyfooting around” and bring a big infrastructure projects, de-regulation and tax cuts.

 This advice makes sense, does it?.

They further accused Labour and yet Labour had about 1.5million at the time of the credit crunch where really the bottom fell out of the economy but by the time the Coalition took over Mr Brown got the GDB up to 1 per cent which quickly sank and by now has a double-dip recession with the mismanagement of the Coalition.

To cut constantly the Armed forced, Nurses and Civil servants while at the same time increasing taxes does not work in any economy.

Furthermore, David Cameron gave three or four major contracts to European Countries and therefore companies had to cut workforce. The Union was fighting hard to prevent it but the government in their arrogant way took no notice. 

The MPs should look at themselves when they call the British workers the idlers of the world. They themselves don’t look over-worked and underpaid. Especially with adding more expenses which should not be added or don’t exists.  A 33 weeks a year working in Parliament is not exactly killing themselves for the country.

Have they got legislation through about regulating the banks again? NO.  They talk about it all the time of the high bonuses and David Cameron promised in his election manifesto, he promised March 2011, he promised for September 2011, he promised twice this year to get it through. Of course, he would not dare because they are all the boys who donate to the Conservative party and his friend who get invited to garden party in Downing Street.

Has David Cameron made any attempt to retrieve the taxes from £39trillion in tax havens? He himself talks about it but does nothing again because they are the boys who donate.

These are hypocritical standards by the Tory-led Coalition.  Yet, to call hard working Britons to be the idlers of the world is so ludicrous and if it were not so insulting and hurtful one could laugh. These people are going through hell and high water to keep going.  Something a MP would know nothing about it.  The unemployed are trying more than their best to get employment but if the government can't provide enough jobs what can the ordinary workers do? There are student coming out of Universities with a string of top qualification and they applying to every place they can think off but can't get a job. It is so bad that many don't bother any more to go to the University they don't see the point to get into debts and can't get employment.

Therefore it is no good pointing at Indian children aiming to be doctors or lawyers when the government cutting the NHS to pieces.

Get your facts right first before you open your mouth just to be noticed because that is really what you are after to further your career.

Instead of criticising the workers it would more appropriate if the Coalition would work harder to bring back economic grows. It can be done with job creation and not with austerity. 

JULIAN ASSANGE

UPDATE;  10 October 2013  -- Now the biggest insult to Mr Assage comes from the very people who contemn him and make him live in an actual prison for his own safety; making a film of his life. They even ask him to meet the actor Benedict Cumberbatch who will play but Mr Assage refused. Very Wise.  Was it a ploy to get Julian Assage? It would not surprise any one.  

They still accusing Mr Assage and Mr Snowdon but the real accusation should be with the American Government. If they didn't do all wrong there would not be a Mr Assage or Mr Snowdon. These two men saw the wrong doings and could not just stand by and let it pass. The public should stand by them and contemn the government. 



UPDATE:  25 September 2013 -- People forget so easily due to all the new dramas that there is a man Julian Assange still living in hiding because he discovered some truth which the USA feared to come out. What must this man be going through for standing up to the politicians who nothing but twisting the truth to suit themselves? The politicians all over the world can't accept people are more knowledgeable and with persecuting Whistleblowers the politician destroying their credibility. At the moment the belief in and respect for politician is at its lowest.

Why do Britain and other European Countries always dance to the tune of the USA? This attitude got Britain into two unnecessary and illegal wars. Britain used to be a great empire but lost its colonies due time ran out for countries to be colonised. However, it doesn’t mean it is not a great country like all the others countries which lost their empires and colonies.

Therefore Britain and all the other European powerful countries need not to agree with the USA wishes and command.

Julian Assange and his team have opened our eyes to many secret deals and manoeuvre of the USA which did not go down well. Well that is their problem because they should have informed the public more openly and honestly. Especially since the USA always talks about Liberty and Freedom and even enforces it in other countries.

The extradition of Julian Assange for the accusation of rape in Sweden it is nothing but a drummed-up charge and surprisingly Sweden plays along. Again Sweden always gave the impression of freedom. Everybody knows that this rape case is nothing but a smokescreen to get Mr Assange there and from there it must be already agreed between Sweden and the USA to extradite Mr Assange to the USA.  Again why is Sweden getting involved and does as the USA wishes?

Yes, he did get hold of 'sensitive' material and published it but he real reason behind is that Washington tried keep certain dealings a secret and they feel embarrassed. Of course, they classify it as 'sensitive' when they want to hide the truth. Since when is it a crime to publish the truth? To punish it with long term prison or even death that would be a crime and so unjust. Is that what the USA stands for to hide the truth and when it comes out to punish it with prison or even death?

It is high time Britain and the rest of Europe realise that their countries are worth something and begin to be proud of it again. This would then be followed by not to dance to the tune of the USA or any other power but stand up, do what is right and follow your own path.

The USA does not very often oblige with demands coming from Britain and yet there is not half a hullabaloo as with getting Julian Assange extradited.

Speaking for the opinion of the general public hopefully Mr Assange will make it to freedom and Mr Manning. Respect to Ecuador to stand up to the "mighty" USA while all others hide under the table including Britain.

USA SUPPLIED MISSILES TO SYRIA REBBELS -- Update 30 March,2015

UPDATE:  30 March, 2015 --  Did you know John Kerry was dishonourable dismissed from the Navy because he was in conduct with the Viet-Con at a time of the Vietnam war.  In America it is the worst thing to be dishonourable dismissed from the forces and almost impossible to find employment but here he is in a top job, US Secretary of States, lighting all the fuses he can find.

UPDATE: 19 Sept., 2014  --  A new announcement by President Mr Obama was made that the congress agreed to support the "moderate" rebels in Syria. How does the US know  who is a moderate rebel and who is not? Is it not a double dealing and in  reality to fight Assad?  The US is willing to spend $500million supporting the "moderate" rebels. It is known that the IS was well on the ground already at the beginning of 2013 and cooperating with the Al-Qaeda. To me it looks like fighting the IS on the front and supplying it through the back door.  The same as before in 2013. President Assad is backed by Russia and China. Why aggravate the situation again? Let them sort themselves out.


UPDATE:  11 March 2014  --  A time to remember when we had the Syria crisis  --  will it be the same double dealing now with the Ukraine? John Kerry, Vice President of the USA, was pushing with all his power to ignite the flame in Syria quietly supplying weapon through the back-door and Britain was not far behind. Again he is in and out of the Ukraine and so is Foreign Minister of Britain William Hague who is non-the-better.

Is that a surprise; no, no surprise at all. After all the headlines the politicians gave out times and again. You could see they were itching for a long time to get involved and swore blindly all along they wouldn't. They would only supply advice and no military support. Why the hypocrisy in the first place when most of the public knew they would support Syria’s rebels eventually with weapon and most properly sooner or later with an army.

When will the West ever learn and stay out of other countries’ trouble? Will it have to take another world  war to drive message home more? Times to play the super power are over. It only leads again to more confrontation and money spent which supposed to be none and lives unnecessarily lost.

The Foreign Secretary William Hague announced a week ago that the UK is giving £5billion on top of the previously contribution but it is for advising the rebels only. Now this again sounds wrong because £5billion do not buy a Stinger missile. Surely the public would have no information at all but instead all these blatant lies.

According to the report CIA spies smuggled about 14 Stinger missiles into Syria. It enables the rebel fighter to defend themselves against air strikes.  These weapons had been smuggled through Turkey. It has also been claimed that Saudi Arabia paid partly for it.

President Bashar al-Assad uses MIG-23 warplanes and helicopter gunships. So far the West and Middle East were not able to establish a non-fly zone to stop Assad’s carnage on the ground.  It had been claimed so far 1,000 people were killed by Assad’s air force.

It is hoped that with supplying Stinger missiles it would give Assad a message to stop the air strikes.

So far during the 17 weeks civil war there were 20,000 people killed and most properly the same number if not more injured with some very badly and maimed for life.

Again we ask ourselves who are these rebel or freedom fighters? Like in Libya the West did not receive a great appreciation when they came into power. Many demands such as deporting the killer PC Fletcher and others who were involved in atrocities. The rebel fighters promised but when in power nothing was said or heard about it. The same as the desecration of the British soldiers graves. That was a nice thank you.

This will be the same scenario and therefore the question remains: “When will the West ever learn?”

Afghanistan soldiers being constantly shot by Afghan police. They don't get killed in combat but being murdered as a thank you.

UPDATE - 23 AUGUST 2012 -  THE LATEST INFORMATION GIVEN OUT BY WASHINGTON THAT THEY ARE THINKING OF SENDING IN TROOPS

With Israel thinking of attacking Iran and the USA already planning to send troops into Syria the world is not only playing with fire but dynamite. Don't they really not see that it could explode into WWIII? Make no mistake it is that serious.

AGAIN BANK BONUSES PAID OUT

The root of the problem lies with Margaret Thatcher having de-regulated the banks. Ever since there has been nothing but financial chaos.  The public has been up in arms about these undeserved, massive bonuses and David Cameron had been promising time and time again to put a stop to it but nothing ever happened.

This time the bonuses were even paid out at the Bank of England. The staff receives a £25million over five years.  This had been in spite of not foreseeing the credit crunch and the Chancellor George Osborne manage a double-dip recession and will have another on in September.

The statement released by the Bank showed executives having received up to £30,000 a year performance related pay added to their salaries.  This is utterly undeservedly since they did not take measures to forestall the credit crunch and the recession.  Yet they get a performance-related pay. In the commercial world they would have got a dismissal and that would have the right bonus.

Furthermore, the figures showed that in just last year their bonus increased by 4 per cent to £4.9million but the country’s economy is in a recession. 

Sir Mervyn King and his team couldn’t even see the financial crisis and had to revise the economy forecast 12 times over the past year.  For all that failure they receive a performance- related pay. Has there ever been such a financial mismanagement in any government?

But wait a minute because here is the famous wipe the slate clean. A spokeswoman said: “Staff on a two year pay freeze which began in 2011. Bonus payment is based on individual performance. The pot has been frozen at six per cent of the total salary bill for the last three years.”

An utter non-sense in every word. If they didn’t see the financial crisis coming and didn’t forestall it why did they get a bonus at all? Furthermore they get paid a salary for the work they do and they just do the work they are there for. So, why a bonus? They don’t do any extra work and by the looks of the result they didn’t even do that.

Yet, David Cameron the great knight in shining armour would not dare to stop it. It is still sticking together and you scratch my back and I scratch yours. It always was going on but nowadays it has gone out of control and the country is going down rapidly.

MENTAL HEALTH CARE SPENDING CUT - Updated: 7 June, 2015

UPDATE: 7 June, 2015 -- It will be cut again under the new £12billion cut on Welfare. 

It cost already a young man's life of 25, because after 12 months waiting for treatment he could not cope any more. He committed suicide.  

To be sure he is not the only one but unless the family puts a report in the paper the public does not hear about how many killed themselves because they did not received a prompt treatment.

There was an epidemic of suicides, attacks and murder during Margaret Thatcher's time because she closed down Mental Hospitals regardless and told the staff to give the patience packets of prescribed drugs. Of course most of them never took it. They also ended up on the street; there was no arrangement made for them to go to. That was Thatcher, Cameron and May followed her.

This Coalition does nothing but cutting and always hitting the ordinary people. Yet their economy has already a double-dip recession and will have now another one in September. They will not admit that they are on the wrong path and change direction in spite of many high financiers were already advising them.

Another promise and again not fulfilled. At the general election the Conservatives promised to improve dementia care and treat it as seriously as physical care.

Two years into power being a Coalition the Health Secretary Andrews Lansley announced that there will be a cut on spending on mental health for the elderly.  Please take notice that it is again a cut on spending on the worst group of people. 

There was a reduction on the overall spending on adult mental health by £650,000 in year 2011. It was the first cut in a decade. However, the available cash for older people’s mental health had the biggest reduction. It fell by 3.1 per cent to £2.83billion in 2011-2012.

Shadow Health Secretary Andy Burnham criticised the coalition: “Ministers need to start putting their money where their mouth is. They must send urgently send the clearest signal that mental health is a spending priority.”

The Department of Health admitted it had to improve services. A pathetic statement after the very Health Secretary Andrew Lansley has cut the spending.

When Margaret Thatcher was in power she reduced the mental hospital and closed wards. Send the patients out with a prescription or a packet of tablets which most of them never took.  This move resulted in a lot of trouble on the streets such people being attacked by mental patients or patients committed suicide.

Then Mr Lansley even taken away their medications and treatments.

DAVID CAMERON DEFENDS FOREIGN AIDS Update 17 May, 2016

Every turn a dirty trick.

The reason for David Cameron defending Foreign Aid was now revealed.

According to the report Foreign Aid is given to private firms for infrastructures in poorer countries.

These private companies are not paying any taxes and the City of London is completely in control and offers the service at a high price. In other words a lot of the money is flooding back which leaves these countries in great debts and is unrepayable.

A summit was held at 10 Downing Street last Sunday with PM David Cameron and other international leaders.  The meeting was about to tackle the growing malnutrition in the developing world.

At the moment there is great criticism about the hand-out of £12billion for foreign aids. The point they are making is that at the moment Britain has great financial problems and the government is cutting right across the board.  This created more than great hardship amongst families, pensioners and disabled people. Therefore a cut-back on foreign aids would also be justified and not an increase. 

It is not only that £12billion been given to counteract the malnutrition of the developing world it is that these monies have been given year after year and therefore there should be a sign of reduction.  The coalition should look a bit closer and not just send money.  These aids were given for decades since the 1950s and therefore there should be a much better living standard by now. No way was that money handed down to the needy.

 

Let’s just take the £12billion this year given only by Britain. At the end when all the other countries add their money it must be an enormous amount. This money then divided up and given to the various developing world countries is more than a substantial amount.  Then again exchanged into their money  it becomes huge but the cost of living in those countries are low and the labour therefore if it would have been handed over it would surely eliminate the struggle almost in one year.  Yet this has been going on year after year for decades.

The governments have a great responsibility when they spent the tax payers’ money to make sure it gets where it should go. Obviously looking still at malnutrition, illnesses, lack of schooling, running water it definitely hasn’t.  Therefore the Mr Cameron and all the other leaders should sit down with them and ask for proof of spending and explanations why it is malnutrition still exist to that extent.

Many of these developing countries have incredible political mismanagement and it is not a big guess where the aids’ money is really spent on.  Why then send more money every year?  Especially now when there is great hardship amongst people of Britain and will be increase when all the cut-backs bite.

It is a scandal that millions of people starving and the objection is not so much about not giving foreign aids. The objection is that it never or hardly reached those people while in this country people also having great hardship.  There were many facts coming out of Africa and Asia that the governments living an incredible luxurious lifestyle.  Or some countries are having a weapon supply which could put the whole western world in shame.  Or like India built a nuclear rocket while Britain couldn’t effort it and furthermore they called the £250,000 aids chicken feed. Surely £250,000 if passed on directly to the poor would have eliminated a lot of hunger and poverty. So what did they do with the money and why was again aids sent after that insult.  £250,000 exchanged into rupees would have bought a lot of bowls of rice.

All these points show really the root of why the foreign aids should be reduced for one thing and also to make sure it reaches the poor. 

If they would do this they would have to spent far less money and it would be really used for what it is for. 

  

PM DAVID CAMERON'S BLATANT LIES = Update 22 March, 2016

The NHS is near bankruptcy due to the Tory Government. Cameron promised to inject £8billion a year, in the last General Election in May. It is obvious it was another lie.


UPDATE: 20 November, 2014 - This was written in August 2012 and now the NHS is worse than ever. The same Foreign Aids have gone out ever since or maybe even more. It is obvious the Government wants to privatise the NHS yet they deny it again. Nothing but lies and at the same time the people losing their beloved NHS.

By all means have your own opinion and a politics which you think it is right but don’t switch and change as you go along.

David Cameron was on radio on Wednesday and told nothing but blatant lies.  He was questioned by a cancer sufferer who didn’t reveal her name. She claims she can’t get the right treatment on the NHS but has to find £250,000 to get it in Germany. The Health Department stated later on she should be covered by it. Whether it stands up or not is not the point debated here.

The point we are shocked about is that David Cameron stated clearly that extra drugs were made available and then he added the NHS spending is rising. How can you make a statement like that on radio when everybody knows that the NHS being already hard up and was further cut down to the bone and 4,000 staff made redundant. There is nowhere he can hide behind he didn’t know and to tell a blatant lie like that it a disgrace.

Furthermore the LBC host Nick Ferrari challenged David Cameron with pointing out that many Britain can not afford to heat their homes and yet the government not only spent £9billion on aids last year but increased it by £3billion. The PM replied: “One thing we’ve done over the last couple of years is invest in vaccines and immunisation for children in the poorest countries. That probably saved the lives of about three million children.”  That is one fact, if it is, to be recognised and admired but will it add up to £12billion and this is from one country alone.  All these governments should open their eyes and have a real look what is really going in these countries and where the Foreign Aid really goes.

The PM has even angered many of his Tory ministers. Ex-diplomats pointed out the 0.7 per cent target of aids irresponsible. These diplomats were in the countries and saw what happened with the money.

Last year Ethiopia received £324million;

India 268million which had the nerve to call it a chicken feed yet surely none of the money was handed to the very needy;

Pakistan £215million which claimed they turn a blind eye to the Taliban;

Bangladesh £202million; 

Nigeria £17million aid given to Nigeria one only can gasp with amazement;

Afghanistan £53million and they shooting Britain’s soldiers; 

Congo £142million; 

Tanzania £141million;

Somalia £102million no wonder the pirates have the best of weapons and boats. It is unbelievable and unforgivable the UN sends aids to this country;

Kenya £94million.

These aids had been sent to the third world countries since the 1950s and should have shown a more than reasonable improvement. Since they are still in the same poverty except the top surely proves the money is not going where it should go. It is bad enough that the people today get deprived in the countries which sends it since there is everywhere a great recession but to stuff more money into fat cats pockets is irresponsible.

As that cancer sufferer very aptly stated: “I would say to him if your family is starving you wouldn’t go and feed your neighbours” and that really wraps it up.

HOSPITALS' EMERGENCY UNITS CLOSURES -- Updated 10 Jan., 2015

UPDATE:  10 January 2015 ---  Now the crisis unfold that the A&E cannot cope and the backlash of Cameron's decision shows; it is again every bodies else's fault but his and his government. He always pulls his neck out of the sling with his pathetic excuses. Does he really belief the public still buys it? The crisis is already there and the winter has not even started properly. There is a severe weather forecast.  What will happen then?


UPDATE: 3  December, 2014 -- Unfortunately, they could not prevent the closures and patience from Hammersmith  and Central Middlesex hospitals have to be driven to the A&E of Mount Vernon Hospital.  It is not only a huge distance which endangers the patience's life but Mount Vernon  also gave the warning to contact them first to make sure there is a bed available.  If there is not what will happen to patience who have a heart attack or bleed to death and need more than urgent attention. In cases like that every minute counts. Of course, this is of no concern of the government who coldly close Hammersmith and Central Middlex A&E  and many more. 



UPDATE:  17 April 2014 --  There is a group called 38 Degrees and they are fighting very hard to prevent it. The are a voluntary group and non-political. They also tried to prevent the gagging order but the majority MPs voted for it which is unforgivable.

A great demonstration is being organised against the closure of Emergency units at three major hospitals in London. It is Central Middlesex, Charing Cross and Hammersmith hospitals. It is not known whether there are other hospitals on the plan but once the government succeeds with these already planned it will be extended for sure.

The demonstration march will be on the 15 September and starts in Southall Park. The marchers will go through London and right up to Downing Street. It is hoped the march will pick up more supporters on the way.  The organisation hopes that they will gather at least 50,000 campaigners and hopefully more.

The organisers are Save Our Hospitals Campaign Committee and on reaching Downing Street and the Prime Minister’s door a petition will be delivered.

It is absolutely diabolical that people are forced to demonstrate what is theirs. The public paid all their lives a National Insurance. The problem lies again with the previous Conservative government Margaret Thatcher who allowed the Pension and National Insurance to be used on the stock exchange. Anyone knows the Stock exchange is risky. Now with ‘wrong investments’ and ‘credit crunch’ the money had vanished to some extent. It makes you wonder whether there was not a method in this madness.  Was there somebody at the backdoor holding open its bags when the money was thrown out there?

This demonstration will also bring all those closure into the public eye. Closing Ambulance and Emergency units has nothing to do with inconvenience only it is a sentence for life and death.

This is the worst the Coalition could and can do to the hospitals and the NHS. The A&E units are nothing but a lifeline.

What a con to state at their election campaign – “NHS will be safe in our hands”. Well hopefully the voters will remember when the next election comes round even if David Cameron moves the boundaries to get 20 seats hoping to safeguard his next election win as a majority. It is still baffling how they won again and so shortly after all they had done the last time to this country. In spite of all these promises which were never fulfilled. Now we see the real David Cameron and his Tories.

With all the petition and demonstration it is hopeful but doubtful that the Prime Minister will change his mind. It seems that he has only an account sheet in focus and not the human side or consequences.

When somebody has a heart attack, accidents or is high pregnant. Time in all these cases is the essence to save life. This will not be when they have either to ring around where to go or the ambulance has to drive further than need be.

A&Es had been established at hospitals to be there for an emergency and nearest to the public.

ENERGY CIVIL SERVANTS BONUS 2012

Ever since this Coalition came to power there is nothing but increase of food, VAT, council tax, petrol, gas and electricity bills but they straight away the reduced the minimum wage which companies were delighted to follow, on the basis take or leave it. It is definitely not improving the economy as it shows the third recession this year. What are they trying to head for?

Another dirty trick, the government sits calmly back and let it happen.  Also another typical case of them and us. The high ranking energy civil servants are getting a bonus of £1m.

There was also an increase of their bonuses from £825,648 in 2010 and to £958,783 in 2011.

No matter how the public is complaining including some ministers the government will just not do anything about it. The whole idea of having a government is to control it all this. They have enough departments which supposed to be responsible to stop any overcharges and price rises but none ever do anything effective.

David Cameron made a great issue of a meeting with all the energy suppliers last year to force them to bring the prices down.Not only nothing happened afterwards but as a matter of fact the prices went up.

Now we even find out that the top energy civil servants are getting a bonus. First of all they don’t deserve any bonus because they just doing their job and they receive a salary. Secondly it is again only the top energy civil service, we were advised, and the lower ranking or office workers do not. W H Y?

The country is now in the third term of the recession and the ordinary families are more than struggling, especially with the sky high gas and electricity bills. Furthermore, it was already promised that there will be more rises in energy’s bills. The households have already been hit by an average of £200 increase.

Furthermore, the government is planning to stop the winter fuel supplement for pensioners. A generation who fought like hell for this country to prevent Hitler invading.  They deserve everything now to lead a worry free life in their last few years but what do they get from this Coalition all the benefits taken away.

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Furthermore, the government thought of some more cuts but now they call it replacements which they try to hood-wing us hoping the public will not notice it.

The £1.1billion grant scheme will be replaced with a £540million towards cutting bills. They really must be thinking the public is stupid but it only shows their arrogant attitude.  Ministers even had the audacity stating the Energy Company Obligation is more an efficient way to help the poor. Well even the biggest bucket of white paint will not white wash this.

COUNCIL TAX BENEFIT CUTS 2012

It is said they are planning to cut the council tax benefits. This would hit around six million households with low-income. These households either have qualified for no paying or reduced paying council tax.  It will hit the poorest or poor,

The infamous Coalition demanded from the councils to reduce the benefit bills by 10 per cent. This will have to be found either be reducing their service or payouts to poor families.

The chief of the Institute of Fiscal Studies, Paul Johnson, thought it could be done by either taking 10 per cent off the council tax benefit which causes more hardship but it will even cause more problems for families who receive a 100 per cent council tax benefit.

Labour peer Baroness Hollis called it completely unfair.

The Tory MP Bob Neil on the other hand thought it would give the councils a chance to get people back to work.

Which planet does Mr Neil live on?  Apparently he has no idea what it means to live on a low income and therefore shouldn’t put out remarks like that. Furthermore, has he ever look out of his Parliamentary window and noticed there are no jobs available. There is unemployment of 2.5million and they are not all scam and skivers as those sitting in the fat think. The people they are withdrawing any benefits from in order to so-called “get them back to work” is another smokescreen to cut. There has been cases in the paper and quite a number of it where people with all sorts of qualifications and experiences have written and tenth or hundreds of applications to avail.
